CHS Student To Join The KC Volleyball Team This Fall

Kaskaskia College is pleased to announce Centralia High School Orphan Annie Volleyball player Cynthia Sloat has signed a letter of intent to continue her career as a Blue Angels. Sloat, is the daughter of Mike and Sue Sloat.

Blue Angels Coach Kim Rahar is happy Sloat chose KC. “Cindi will be a great addition to the Blue Angel volleyball team, she will add depth and knowledge to the defense part of our game,” said Rahar.

Sloat plans to enter Kaskaskia College’s Nursing program, saying the reputation of both KC’s Nursing Program and Volleyball program influenced her decision to come to KC. “I know KC has a really good Nursing Program and Volleyball Program and I’m honored Coach Rahar offered me the scholarship” said Sloat.
