Spero welcomes new board members

Spero Family Services is pleased to announce the appointment of 6 new board members, Kay Zibby-Damron, CEO of the Rend Lake College Foundation, Doug Hoffman, Black, Ballard, McDonald, PC Southern Illinois Law Firm, Carol Hamerski, CPA, CPC, CPCO, Partner-In-Charge Kemper CPA Group, Rev. Allyn Walker, Illinois Great Rivers Conference District Superintendent, Rev. Curtis Brown, Illinois Great Rivers Conference Health & Welfare representative and Darla Wexstten, MSW, LCSW, ACSW Integrity Clinical Network. These new board members will provide strategic direction for continued growth around Spero Family Services mission.

“Our Board of Directors is comprised of a dedicated team of community leaders committed to providing strength and stability through mental health services in Southern Illinois,” said Rev. Victor Long, Board Chairperson Spero Family Services. “We are excited to channel the new board members talent and expertise into furthering our mission.”

These new board members join Chairperson-Rev. Victor Long, Vice-Chairperson-Ramona Girtman, Secretary-Jamie Armstrong, Treasurer-Sheriff Jeff Bullard as well as returning board members, Dr. John Hatton, Rev. Carol Lakota Eastin, Gail White, and Sharon Sims.
