Mt. Vernon native receives international broadcasters award

Mt. Vernon native David Lister, of Withers Broadcasting and now with Star 94.3 in Hawaii, was awarded this month the prestigious International Broadcasters Idea Bank Award for hosting the International Broadcasters Idea Bank Convention in Hawaii.
