Jefferson County 4-H BBQ set for August 6

The 45th annual Jefferson Co. 4-H BBQ will take place Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the Rolland Lewis Community Center in Veterans Memorial Park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Meals will be served on a take out basis. There will be drive up service at the tent south of the center and meals will be available in the center with seating for those that would like to enjoy their meal on site. The BBQ events for 2020 and 2021 were cancelled due to restrictions in place related to the COVID-19 virus. All proceeds will go to benefit the Jefferson County 4-H Program. Cost is $8 in advance, $9 at the door. Advance tickets are available from 4-H Club members or Ken Hayse at 618-315-5341. The event is a function of the Jefferson County 4-H Foundation.
