Area real estate team receives several awards

Late last week Owner Broker Brandon Swartzlander of Midwest Farm & Land was honored by the Egyptian Board of Realtors for being among the top three sales people with over $20 million in sales. MFL finished number one as an office with over $70 million in sales and had ten of their team members recognized for sales achievements.
Dee Ann Arey, part of the amazing team at MFL, was there to help celebrate the wonderful success. She also achieved the Diamond Pryamid Award for 2022 production of over 55 units or $5 million! Dee Ann said during the annual event she was happy to celebrate with many of her team members when they were acknowledged as the #1 Real Estate company within their Real Estate Board for 2022.
Siretha Howell, another realtor with MFL, said, “We all celebrated being #1 as a company in the entire MLS for 2022,” after receiving an award herself.
