2022 Veterans Court of Honor

The Centralia American Legion Post 446 hosted its annual Veterans Day Service on Friday, November 11, paying tribute and honor to our veterans. Guest speaker was Commander William R. Adams, retired U.S. Navy. Mike and Judy Sutherland, owners of Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Crematory, Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home, and Hillcrest Funeral Home, Cemetery and Cremation Center, have sponsored this community event for several years. Co-hosts were: Sons of American Legion Squadron 446, VFW Centralia Post 2055, Disabled American Veterans Chapter 76, Marion County 40 & 8 Voiture 516, AMVETS Post 101, American Legion Post 446 Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Centralia Post 2055 Auxiliary, Daughters of the American Revolution, Disabled American Veterans Chapter 76 Auxiliary, and the Associate Members of Vietnam Veterans of America. During the service 11 new individual veterans were added to the Court of Honor. There are now 151 in membership.
