KC Radiologic Technology Graduates

The Kaskaskia College’s Radiologic Technology Program recently held its Pinning Ceremony honoring 23 graduates.
 
Prior to the start of the pinning, a power point presentation was played showing pictures of the graduates doing different activities throughout their time in the program.  Mimi Polczynski, Radiology Program Director, welcomed everyone in attendance.  There was approximately 250 friends and family who attended the pinning to celebrate the student’s graduation from the program. Zach Sparling led the audience with the pledge of allegiance.  KC President and CEO, Dr. Quinn made congratulatory remarks as well as Board Trustee Dr. Dee Boswell. 
 
Polczynski also congratulated the class and Raven Horsthemke of Pana presented student remarks.  Amber Edwards, Radiology Clinical Coordinator, announced the students and Ms. Polczynski presented a pin and a gift to each of the graduates.  Sharon Elwood, Radiology Faculty, presented Outstanding Student Award to Raven Horsthemke and the Most Improved Student Award to Macy Hilmes Greenville.
