May 30, 2017

Recent Salem High School graduate, Connor Brooks, signed a letter of intent yesterday to run cross country for the Kaskaskia College Blue Devils. He is enrolled in CNA classes for the fall at KC and plans to enter into the Nursing Program. He earned seven varsity letters at Salem High School as a student athlete.

KC Coach Mike Hargis says of Brooks, “We are excited to welcome Connor to the KC cross country family. He will be a great addition to the team and the college. Connor has a lot of natural athletic ability, has a solid running back ground and has tremendous up-side potential.”

Brooks says, “I am excited for the opportunity to compete at the college level, and blessed to be able to do so close to home.”
