Relay for Life in Centralia

The Marion County Relay for Life will kick off with its opening ceremonies at 6 p.m. at the Centralia High School on Friday, June 13.

The ceremony will be followed by the traditional survivors lap and celebration, caregivers lap, luminary ceremony, fight back ceremony and the closing ceremony. The event lasts throughout the night as teams take to the track to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Members of each team will take turns walking around the track.

In addition, the event will feature food, games, vendors, information, entertainment, activities and a family-friendly environment.
