Polly Launay “A Potpourri of Music”
Saturday, April 21 at 2:00pm in the Schweinfurth Museum at the Historical Village
Polly will perform many types of music including: classical, bluegrass, jazz, show tunes, and Celtic. Polly has become a well-known violinist in the region. Her talents have been a part of The Paducah
Symphony, Courtney Cox and the Rainmakers, Still Kickin’, and Southern Illinois Homecoming Gospel Choir to name a few. She began taking violin lessons at the age of 8. As a young person she studied with both Classical and Bluegrass teachers. Continuing to study Music, she earned her Bachelor degree at Greenville College.
