Mt. Vernon Hosts Rotary District 6510 Conference

November 7, 2019

The Rotary District 6510 Conference began with a very valuable service project. Many Rotarians met on the afternoon of November 1, to fill 20,000 food bags that will be shipped oversees. Each bag contains vitamin packets, rice, dried vegetables and soy meal. This has been a service project in the district for years. Rotary is a symbol of service before self. With this project completed, a special thank you to all participating. The conference continued throughout the weekend.
