Mexico Mission Trip 2018

Every two years a group of members from the Evergreen Christian Church in Salem and the Calumet Christian Church in Centralia drive down to Mexico to bless a family in need.
They join up with an organization from El Paso called Casas Por Cristo, and their mission is to do God’s work by serving and building a home for a homeless family.

In June a team of 17 people from the two churches and three interns with Casa came together and built a three-room house in Acuña, Mexico in just three days. Mike and Lori Ryan, from Evergreen Christian Church, organize and lead the team. Lori said the house pictured is the eleventh house she and Mike have helped build.

The next Mexico Mission Trip is being planned for the summer of 2020.
