Chicago’s legendary sketch and improve comedy theater returns to Effingham on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 8 p.m. with “The Second City: Fully Loaded. ”Tickets may be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com/epc , by phone at 800-745-3000, at Ticketmaster outlets or at the Effingham Performance Center, 1325 Outer Belt West, Effingham, IL, during box office hours, Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. extended Wednesdays until 6 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Ticket prices are $23-$39.
