93rd Annual Centralia Halloween Parade

The 93rd Annual Centralia Halloween Parade took place Saturday night, October 26.

The Timmons / Danielwicz family float “Family of Toys” won the Harley Queen Trophy.

The Greater Centralia Chamber of Commerce won the Grand Marshal’s trophy this year with their Harry Potter-themed float.

Murray Center’s “Murray Family Fun” took first in the civic division, while second place was taken by Cub Scout Packs 260 and 446 with “Scouting Fall Fun.”

The Alternative Learning Academy took first in the school division.

“Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” by the The Wehking Family took first in the Family Division. The Davis Family took second with “Camping is the Answer.”

Ace Hardware took first in the Commercial Division with “Baseball Fun in Memory of James Maxey” and second place went to Walgreens with their Hillbilly-themed float.

Centralia High School’s Dance Team took first in the marching competition with The Infantry Group taking second.

The Children’s Parade and most of the Fall Festival activities were canceled due to heavy rain earlier in the day.
