KC Drafting Students Tour Big 3 Precision in Centralia

Kaskaskia College Manufacturing Process students recently observed manufacturing at Big 3 Precision in Centralia.

BIG 3 Precision knows that the need for quality of industrial products is more demanding than ever before. Therefore, they have made a commitment to their customers to serve them with the best products possible. BIG 3 is committed to quality and continuous improvement in all areas of the organization. BIG 3 strives continuously for excellence.

BIG 3 Precision’s goals are set to achieve total customer satisfaction by delivering on time, customer-satisfying products, and services 100% of the time, as well as maintain or improve the quality of products and services so that customer requirements as well as internal requirements are consistently met.

The Kaskaskia College Drafting Technology program is a flextime, open entry program allowing students to schedule their time during day or evening hours. Students have the advantage of scheduling to a productive level that would allow them to accomplish the program objectives early or to apply additional time to meet the semester ending date. Assignments are completed utilizing “AutoCAD 2016”, “Inventor 2016” and “Revit 2016”
