Miracles do happen
Miracles do happen, especially when you’re in the good hands of Lifestar Ambulance Service. So Charlie Marshall can tell you after having an acute cardiac arrest during a transport from St. Marys Hospital to Good Samaritan Hospital’s Cardiac Cath Lab. Due to the immediate actions of EMT-Paramedic Garrick Parson and EMT April Cohlmeyer, Mr. Marshall is alive and doing well today and is back home and living a normal and productive life.
Mr. Marshall was happy to help present awards to these two EMT heros on Tuesday, June 30 at 2:00 p.m. at Lifestar Ambulance Service, located at 940 N. Elm St. in Centralia.
Roger Campbell of Lifestar said, “We appreciate and are glad to have EMT Parson and EMT Cohlmeyer on our team of professionals and wanted to acknowledge their actions along with our survivor, Charlie Marshall of Centralia.”
Garrick Parson and April Cohlmeyer are truly “EMT heroes.”
