KC & Ameren IL to Offer CAST Test Prep Course

Ameren Illinois has openings for field craft professionals and apprentices including linemen, pipe fitters and other craft workers. The goal is to prepare students for the industry required CAST – Construction and Skilled Trades test. This class will provide a review of fundamental math skills, reading comprehension, and an understanding of mechanical reasoning. Essential test taking strategies, and basic study skills are also included in this course.

Cost of the course is $95.00. Students may register by calling the Department of Industrial and Continuing Education at Kaskaskia College at 618-545-3400. Space is limited, so please register early. All students must pre-register for this class.
