A total of seven companies bid on the project, with Bevis Construction the apparent low bidder at $36,360.05.

Others bidding on the project were Rollie Excavating and Cement Finishing with a bid of $49,844.20; Everard Construction Company with a bid of $52,929; Hanks Excavating and Landscaping with a bid of $53,019.50; T & L Contracting with a bid of $53,492.81; Shores Builders with a bid of $58,680; Samron Midwest Contracting with a bid of $63,806.05.
